Compact Flat-Pack Design The whole unit is disassembled into a flat-packed bundle. 17 sets fit into one 40HQ container, cutting your ocean freight by up to 60% compared with traditional welded containers. No heavy lifting equipment is needed on site.
Fast Assembly Four workers can erect one unit in about 4 hours with simple tools, no welding on site. The frame is bolted together, and sandwich panels click into place. A 50-worker camp can be finished in days, not weeks.
Strong & Durable The galvanized steel frame resists rust for 15+ years. Walls, roof and floor are filled with 50mm/75mm EPS, rock wool or PU sandwich panels, delivering excellent heat insulation, soundproofing and fire resistance. Earthquake-resistant up to intensity 8, and wind-resistant up to grade 10.
Flexible & Expandable Units stack up to 3 floors and connect side-by-side freely. Build offices, dormitories, clinics, kitchens, canteens, ablution blocks or entire camps by combining units in any layout. Windows, doors and interior partitions are fully customizable.
