In a landmark project for the Middle East construction sector, 9States Modular Building supplied 600 prefabricated container units for a major labor camp in Saudi Arabia. This project demonstrates our capability to deliver large-scale, high-quality workforce housing solutions tailored to extreme environmental conditions.
The Saudi Arabian climate presents unique challenges—intense heat, frequent sandstorms, and arid conditions. Our engineering team implemented several key modifications to ensure long-term durability and occupant comfort:
To combat sand and dust infiltration, we increased the silicone sealant application from the standard 10 tubes per unit to 25 tubes per unit. This 150% increase in sealing ensures superior protection against fine sand particles, maintaining a clean interior environment.
All units are fitted with aluminum alloy windows, chosen for their corrosion resistance and excellent sealing properties in desert environments.
The bottom secondary beams were reinforced from 9 to 11 beams per unit, providing additional structural integrity to withstand transportation stresses and the demanding site conditions.
With 15+ years of experience exporting to 100+ countries, 9States Modular Building has the production capacity, engineering expertise, and supply chain reliability to handle projects of any scale. From labor camps to hotels, offices to hospitals, we deliver reliable quality at competitive prices.
