As the Spring season peaks for factory inspections in China, 9States Modular Building saw an extraordinary week of international client visits. Within just seven days, our team welcomed three delegations from three different continents—each with unique requirements and exciting project opportunities.

A client from South Africa traveled to our factory in Shanghai to inspect our quick-assembly container units (快拼箱). Their requirement: worker dormitories built with 100mm thick wall panels, destined for a mining project in Australia. In addition to the accommodation units, they also needed steel structure garages for their operations.
The client was impressed by our production capacity and product quality, and discussions are moving forward toward a formal order.

On Saturday, we received Mr. PANOS, CEO of a Greek multi-industry group. With 30 years of experience sourcing from China, PANOS is what you would call a "China hand"—he knows quality and value when he sees it.
His latest interest: apple cabins (苹果舱). To give him a real-world view, our team members Rachel and Operations Manager Wei drove 3 hours to a completed park scenic area where our apple cabins and space cabin units are already installed and operating. Seeing the products in their actual environment gave PANOS full confidence in our solutions.

Sunday brought Mr. Dai, a 70-year-old Indonesian Chinese businessman. Mr. Dai owns substantial land in Indonesia and has a mission: purchasing prefab houses for government resettlement housing, providing dignified homes for homeless Indonesian families.
Mr. Dai is not just looking for a supplier—he wants to become 9States' agent or joint-venture partner in Indonesia. He requested design proposals for 36㎡, 72㎡, and 96㎡ house layouts for the resettlement program.
Our company director Rachel assured Mr. Dai that we can fully meet his requirements. Our engineering team will prepare the designs promptly, and together we look forward to developing the Indonesian market for affordable housing.
From South Africa to Australia, from Greece to Indonesia—this week proved once again that 9States' reputation for quality, reliability, and customization reaches every corner of the globe. Whether it's worker camps, commercial cabins, or social housing projects, our team is ready to deliver.
